For Pilots and Crew
The men and women who fly are just as important to us as the owners and passengers. So, when you arrive at Indianapolis Executive Airport, Montgomery Aviation’s trained staff will greet you with courtesy and respect.We know what it means to shoulder the responsibilities of a flight crew so we will make your stay as comfortable as it can be. When you get back aboard you’ll be refreshed and ready for the next leg.Here are some of the amenities we offer pilots and crew.

Flight Planning
When it’s time to check the weather, call for a briefing or just catch up on some paperwork we help you with that too with desk space, free on line weather and WSI Pilotbrief Pro. If you have your own laptop you may use our free wireless Internet connection.

Arrival/Departure Canopy
First, there’s our all-weather arrival/departure canopy, the ONLY one in the mid west. Your passengers will have no delay in getting to their ground transportation. And, they’ll be protected from any sort of weather.  So will you and the rest of your crew.

Crew Cars
When you stop at Indy Exec, we’ll loan you a one of our crew cars to run a few errands, drive to a nearby restaurant or to your overnight accommodations if you need to lay over. We’ll even help you find a comfortable place to stay.

Pilot’s Lounge
Sit back in one of our all-leather recliners. Enjoy some warm, fresh baked cookies, a cup of coffee and see what’s on the full range of channels on High Definition TV. You could even have a foot massage as you close your eyes for a power nap.

Quick Turns
If you don’t have the time to stay long on this trip we’ll make sure you are in and out safely and quickly. Our professionally trained line crew will provide the Quick Turn you may need. We can have catered, gourmet meals ready for those on board, refresh the lavatory and, oh, before you leave we’ll fill up the galley ice bucket. By the way our fuel prices are much lower than Indianapolis International.

Pilot Shop
If you find yourself in need of some additional information we maintain a complete library of VHF Sectional and WAC Charts. We also have low level instrument charts and approach plates should you want additional reference material. By the way, the Pilot Shop is also where we keep our popcorn machine ready to dish out a healthy snack on the house.

Email Arrival Notification
We want you to come back. And when you do, please remember we have an on line arrival notification program that will ensure we have everything you need ready and waiting when your wheels touch the runway.
